This redesign was a study on visual movement in logos, and how small changes in spacing and position can portray a completely different tone. Overwolf is a mod manager platform with a combination logo. I chose this logo to resesign because I saw room for improvement and an opportunity to explore what makes a logo match its brand!

The original Overwolf logo is upright and static. It’s visual weight is all at the top, making it appear top-heavy. It does convey power, but people expect to see more than that from a gaming related platform.
